Conventional CR-consultancies focus on strategy and communication. Services in the supply chain are typically limited to control mechanisms related to quality assurance prodecures and environmental management certification (so-called Social Auditing). These mechanisms ensure transparency, but otherwise have limited effect on the improvement process.
Few consultancies work, as we do, on the consistent integration of social aspects into existing supply chains as well as on their implementation in the production sites and markets.
