The FLA-H&M Worker Participation Project was launched in China in April 2010 as two-year-long capacity-building project. This project focuses on building self-sustaining internal dialogue structures in H&M supplier factories, where both workers and managers are trained on worker-paticipatory problem-solving processes so that win-win situations can be achieved through constructive dialogues.
